– Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

– Please allow 10-14 days for custom orders and limited edition products (i.e. Delta Sigma Theta Inc. Sorority collection)

Delivery Time:

– Standard Shipping: Our primary shipping method is USPS Standard Shipping, which generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the continental United States. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.

– Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost for those who need their orders delivered more quickly. Delivery times for expedited shipping will be provided at checkout.

Order Tracking:

– Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package’s progress directly on the USPS website.

International Shipping:

– Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations.

– Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays:

Lost or Stolen Packages:

A Touch of Kenya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. Please ensure that your delivery location is secure.
